Catherine-Anne joined Nellany & Co in 1997 as a paralegal and in May 2022 gained her law degree from the University of Strathclyde.

She deals mainly with house purchases and sales, re-mortgages, and transfer of title, together with wills and power of attorney. With over 20 years’ experience, Catherine-Anne is well respected and acknowledged as an expert in conveyancing matters.
